
My story is not linear. My running jouney has had peaks and troughs. Many times I've gone from being a marathon runner to obesity then back. I know what it takes to get myself out of the low points to living the highs however, it's time to become that consistent runner I've always wanted to be.

My mission is to take you along with me through the camera lens. I'll document my progress on my YouTube channel Runnerbeansbumle. Here you'll find training runs that I'm doing, race vlogs, long runs that I've enjoyed and the inevitable low points.

I am not a coach, physio or an expert in running. I am an average human being showing the world how I approach running and everyday life stresses that surround it.
